Roomprint
For families after a fire, flood or earthquake

Your home is still
in your photos.

The insurer wants a list of everything you owned. Roomprint rebuilds it from the birthday and holiday photos already on your phone: every thing it finds, priced at a real store, with the photo that proves it.

0 things · $0 rebuilt from 9 photos

The sample family, home and photos are made up. Your own photos are only used to build your list.

    How it works

    1. Read each photo. NVIDIA Nemotron 3.5 Super VL looks past the people at the room: the TV, the sofa, the stand mixer, the bikes on the garage wall. It gives each thing a box on the photo, and that crop becomes the line's evidence. Code drops people, food and party decorations, and moves the house itself (cabinets, sinks, flooring) to a separate list, because policies pay for those under the building, not the contents.
    2. Count each thing once. The same TV is in the birthday photo and the Christmas photo. Code only pairs sightings that could be the same thing (same room, same kind of item, no clashing brand); Nemotron VL then looks at the two crops side by side. Two lamps in one photo are always two lamps.
    3. Price it at a real store. Tavily searches for a new like-kind replacement. Code keeps only sentences that name the item next to a dollar amount, Nemotron 3 Super picks the fair ones, and code checks every pick: the amount is in that sentence, it isn't used, "was", "starting at" or per-month. Two stores or more give the median; one store is flagged; none means "needs a price". Nothing is guessed.
    4. Show the maths. Age comes from the earliest photo the thing appears in. Actual cash value follows the depreciation rules State Farm publishes (effective age by condition, capped at 80%) with the useful lives from United Policyholders, and every line shows its own calculation.
    5. Hand it over in their columns. One click gives State Farm's XactContents worksheet or FEMA's contents worksheet, with the store link in each line.
